Climate change not only threatens our environment, but something close to the heart of so many Aussies. Beer. Severe droughts worsened by climate change will have a devastating effect on beer’s main ingredients - barley, hops and even water.
So legendary brewers, Young Henrys, have taken time out from making their usual tasty brews, to develop a beer brewed under drought-like conditions. It's called Drought Draught.
Now brave and beer-curious folk alike can actually taste the effects of climate change.
For every beer sold together with a taste of Drought Draught, the cost of that beer goes to the Climate Council - supporting their work in making sure Australians are armed with the facts on climate change.
Or you can donate now.
The Climate Council is an independent non-profit organisation funded by donations from the public. Their mission is to provide reliable, expert advice to the Australian public on climate change. Why?
